Welcome -
This is my story

Hello, I'm Meeta.
I'm so glad you're here.
If you've found your way to this page, you may be looking for something more than quick fixes. Perhaps you're ready to rediscover the version of you that's been buried beneath the pressures of everyday life.
You may be someone who appears to have life under control, yet beneath the surface you sometimes:
-
Feel overwhelmed, stretched or disconnected from yourself
-
React in ways you later regret
-
Find it difficult to switch off
-
Wonder why life feels more like surviving than thriving
If any of that resonates with you, you're not alone.
I believe that while we can't always control what life brings, we can develop the inner capacity to meet life's challenges with greater awareness, emotional resilience and self-trust.
That belief inspired me to create the Self-Trust Framework—an evidence-based coaching approach that helps people understand why they think, feel and respond the way they do, then develop the lifelong capacities to respond with greater awareness, resilience and intention, reconnect with what matters most, and feel more like themselves again.
The framework is the culmination of more than twenty years of studying psychology, neuroscience and behaviour change. Throughout that time, I became fascinated by one question: How can we make the science of human behaviour practical enough to create meaningful, lasting change in everyday life?
The result is a coaching approach that translates complex research into simple, compassionate tools that help people build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience and confidence in themselves.
My passion for this work began more than thirty years ago. Ten years spent volunteering as an emotional support and suicide crisis counsellor, together with my own experiences of self-doubt and overwhelm, sparked a lifelong curiosity about what helps people not just cope, but truly flourish.
Alongside my coaching practice, I've spent many years in leadership roles within NHS management and hold a PhD in Molecular Biology, specialising in brain biochemistry. This unique combination of scientific understanding, leadership experience and compassionate coaching has shaped the way I work—bringing together psychology, neuroscience and practical strategies that people can apply in everyday life.
My mission is simple: to help caring, capable people move beyond simply coping, develop greater self-leadership, and build a life that feels calmer, more balanced and more aligned with what matters most.
If that sounds like the journey you're looking for, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.
