What is confidence and self-leadership coaching? 

  • It is designed to support you to authentically thrive in life by sustainably strengthening your inner self-belief and self-leadership skills; drop unhealthy guilt and set healthy boundaries. It will also help you reduce experiences of overwhelm, anxiety, depression and burn out; and lead a more fulfilling life.

  • It focuses on the future, personal growth, and actionable strategies.

  • It teaches you evidence-based approaches to improve your confidence and self-leadership. 

  • It raises your awareness of your thinking patterns and behaviours and empowers you to consider adapting them in ways that will help you achieve your goals. 

  • ​It is designed to empower you moving forwards to adapt appropriately to life's challenges, and turn them into forward momentum to achieve your goals.

What this style of coaching is not? 

  • Exclusively backward looking, focusing on past events. Although, these past events (or the residual feelings they created) will come up in coaching, the difference is the coach will help you to focus on how they resonate for you now and what needs to change to move forward.

  • Open-ended without a structure or being goal focused.   

  • Priced so only the welathy can afford it. 

  • It does not focus on diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
